Many talented individuals are unable to reach a competitive level in theatre work because of a lack of opportunity to the experiences that build skills. PEP is a coalition of partners (in the San Francisco Bay area) sponsoring activities to build bridges, enabling and supporting people from non-traditional groups, especially people with disabilities, to engage in professional theatre work.
